What I’ve Learned About Hormones and Health – Exploring BHRT at 8 West Clinic
Like many men in their late 40s, I began noticing changes I couldn’t ignore: brain fog, lower energy, disrupted sleep, increased body fat, and a sense that something was just… off. I assumed it was part of aging, but the more I spoke with experts, the more I wondered; could there be something else going on?
